Add condensed number format helper for key supply display

Summary
Key supply values can reach large numbers that take up more space than the display area allows. A condensed format helper that abbreviates large supply values (for example 1.2k or 4.5m) keeps the layout compact without losing meaning.

Scope

• add a helper that formats large integer supply values into a condensed abbreviated form
• apply the helper to key supply display sites on creator cards and profile pages
• ensure the full value remains accessible via a tooltip or title attribute

Acceptance Criteria

• supply values above the defined threshold are abbreviated in the display
• the full value is accessible via tooltip or title
• small supply values below the threshold are displayed as-is
