Add inline character count helper for creator bio input field

Summary
The creator bio input field has a maximum character limit but does not show users how many characters they have remaining as they type. An inline character count helper prevents accidental truncation on submission.

Scope

• identify the creator bio input field in the onboarding or profile edit flow
• add an inline remaining character count that updates as the user types
• show a warning style when the count is near the limit

Acceptance Criteria

• the remaining character count updates on every keystroke
• a warning style appears when the count falls below a defined threshold
• the count is accessible to screen readers
