Add sticky header collapse behavior on creator profile scroll

Summary
The creator profile header takes up significant vertical space and does not collapse when the user scrolls down. A sticky collapse that shrinks the header on downward scroll and restores it on upward scroll gives more room to profile content.

Scope

• identify the creator profile header component
• add a scroll-aware collapse that reduces header height on downward scroll
• restore the full header on upward scroll or scroll-to-top

Acceptance Criteria

• the header collapses on downward scroll beyond a defined threshold
• the header restores on upward scroll
• the collapse does not cause layout shift in the content below
