Implement transaction hash display row

Summary

I've implemented a reusable TransactionHashRow component and integrated it into the transaction flows.

Summary of Changes

• Created a new TransactionHashRow.tsx component that handles hash truncation, copying to clipboard, and linking to block explorers.
• Integrated TransactionHashRow into PendingTxModal.tsx to display hashes during the confirmation phase.
• Updated the toast.util.tsx to support displaying transaction hashes in success notifications.
• Added a mock transaction hash to the success state in CreatorCard.tsx to demonstrate the functionality.

Key Features

• Truncated Display: Uses a shortenAddress(hash, 8, 8) format to keep long hashes readable while maintaining enough uniqueness.
• Copy to Clipboard: Includes a copy button with a success feedback state.
• Explorer Links: Supports an optional explorerUrl to view transactions on a block explorer.
• Consistent Styling: Matches the project's existing UI patterns using Tailwind CSS and lucide-react icons.

Implementation Details

The TransactionHashRow is designed to be a metadata row that fits perfectly in modals, cards, or toasts:
