Add a transaction activity feed endpoint for creator and fan views.

Scope

• define activity feed response schema and pagination behavior
• include key event types relevant to creators and holders
• support filtering by creator or wallet where appropriate

Acceptance Criteria

• endpoint returns paginated activity items in stable order
• response schema is documented and validated
• tests cover empty, filtered, and paginated responses
