Add structured warning log for slow creator list queries

Scope

• add warning log when creator list query duration exceeds threshold\n- include route, sort, and filter metadata (sanitized)\n- keep threshold configurable via existing config pattern

Acceptance Criteria

• scoped change is implemented with no unrelated file churn
• docs/tests are updated where applicable
• contributor can validate the outcome locally
