Add public creator stats response helper

Summary

Add a small helper for formatting public creator stats in API responses.

Scope

• define a simple creator stats response shape
• keep the helper reusable for public endpoints
• avoid mixing unrelated profile fields into the helper

Acceptance Criteria

• stats responses use one consistent shape
• helper can be reused across creator endpoints
• output is easy for the client to consume
