WP Native Builder v0.3.1

Final ambiguity and rule-ownership patch.

Fixed

  • restores an explicit runtime classifier for consequential actions so safe reversible work does not gain blanket confirmation and genuine live/global/security/data/destructive boundaries are not missed;
  • makes Project Foundation readiness depend on project class rather than persistence availability, while never claiming cross-chat durability without a durable location;
  • loads Workspace persistence rules for relevant new substantial projects as well as resumed projects;
  • makes workspace-memory.md the single owner of the exact Workspace progressive-resume procedure;
  • keeps canonical singleton names for project documents and uses purpose-based titles for Workspace tasks.

Deliberately unchanged

  • no new lifecycle state;
  • no new runtime reference file;
  • no Bridge schema/storage migration;
  • no new confirmation ceremony for safe reversible work.
