Hard-coded paths to pylaia models + small details in UI

1. In inference_pylaia_native (Model registry) PYLAIA_MODELS expects specific names for local models, for example if one wants to load a model, its name must correspond exactly to one of the names listed in PYLAIA_MODELS.
   (models/pylaia_ukrainian_v2c_20251124_180634/best_model.pt - one has to create this folder manually: models/pylaia_ukrainian_v2c_20251124_180634)

2. After "Process All" it is not possible to click on the lines in the transcription and have them highlighted on the loaded image. To see the corresponding lines on the image, each picture has to be segmented and transcribed ("Segment" -> "Transcribe") manually.
