Summary

Update BTS version

Purpose

Test with the latest BTS

Contents

  • Update BTS version
  • Add header to BTS healthcheck
  • Add BTS_TOKEN to each env

Testing Methods Performed

  • docker-compose build dev_bts && make test t=LibClient p=medium
  • CI
