- .changeset/config.json: baseBranch "master" → "main" - release.yml: add dist-tag workflow_dispatch input (default: rc) so rc publishes don't land on the `latest` dist-tag by accident. Stable publish uses dist-tag=latest at trigger time. - release.yml: note OIDC trusted-publisher migration path post-rc.1.
