Request Firefox on Ubuntu arm images

Please add the Mozilla Firefox browser to the Ubuntu arm64 images:

• ubuntu-22.04-arm
• ubuntu-24.04-arm

Firefox 136.0 released Mar 4, 2025 announces:

On Linux, Firefox is now available on ARM64 (AArch64), with installation options via APT and tarballs. Flatpak support is coming soon.

Firefox is included in the x64 images:

• ubuntu-22.04
• ubuntu-24.04

Firefox 136 is now included in ubuntu-22.04-arm and ubuntu-24.04-arm
