Describe the issue
Today our arm64 workflow started failing with an unclear git error "fatal: detected dubious ownership in repository at '/foo'. I tried marking the directory as safe but then we start getting a permission error "error: cannot open .git/FETCH_HEAD: Permission denied"

Are you able to provide any kind of release notes so we can understand what changed between 20250505.2.1 and 20250515.4.1?
