Spelling mistake

To Reproduce
Have a runner version less than or equal to 2.329.0

Expected behavior
The runner will fail

Runner Version and Platform

2.329.0

What's not working?

When a runner is out of date, it will fail with the following error message:

WRITE ERROR: An error occured: Runner version v2.329.0 is deprecated and cannot receive messages.  

The word occured is spelt wrong, it should be occurred

ALSO: this bug template has a spelling mistake in the section **Expected behavior**, which should be **Expected behaviour**

behavior is valid en-US. GitHub was based in the US, so that's a correct spelling.

occured is indeed wrong. I can see about making a PR for it, but I've currently left this repository's team w/ a backlog...
