Migrate from OADS/SOCAT to MAAP STAC catalog API
Remove --show and --no-unzip flags, simplify API
Rename --no-prompt to --yes / -y
Write downloads to .part file and rename on completion
Replace file-count progress bar with total bytes progress
Verify file size when skipping existing downloads
Add --baseline flag to filter by processing baseline
