Clarify the text about releases on board download pages.
I tried testing this locally on Ubuntu 22.04 per the README, but could not get a working version of ruby. The regular package does not have OpenSSL support.
rvmcompiles fail for various versions, andsnapinstalls don't work either: the compiles ofstatemachineeither have version issues orgcccompilation issues. It was kind of a nightmare. Perhaps if someone has a setup that works they could pull this and see that the compiled pages look OK.
