keypad module not available on Circuit Playground Express

The keypad module doesn't exist on Circuit Playground Express. According to the module support matrix, it is available on the Bluefruit version, and I'm 🤞 hoping that means it would be easy to enable on the CPX.

Oh, I just realized there are more differences, including the upgrade to a Cortex M4 chip. Maybe it’s not as easy as I assumed.
