Not removing symlinks/from plex library

Everything is running close to perfect, decided that i want the top 30 trending movies updated every 24h in a library.

So far so good, the script runs and adds the trending movies, but it wont remove movies that are no longer in the top 30. So the library fills up with movies that are no longer top 30 trending (or when the accual script runs).

Setting the sort titles for the '.Movies Trending' library...
Removing symlinks for items which no longer qualify
Removed symlinks for 0 items.

The recepie is set to:

Remove items that no longer exist in the source lists

remove_from_library: yes

Any suggestions?

Solved it with running

rm -rf /path/to/symlink/folder/*

Before running my recepie. Would be nice to add it to the actual script tough :)
