This repository has been moved to the new OSG-HTC Organization

As part of this change you will have to update your git endpoint to a new location, whether that is a fork of the new repository or the endpoint https://github.com/osg-htc/security.git itself.

You will also find some new commits at that repo pertaining to the move that must be pulled down.
