Document the creative library protocol boundary shift (sync_creatives and list_creatives move from Media Buy to Creative Protocol), rc.1→rc.2 migration table, build_creative inline preview and library retrieval, disclosure persistence, planning ergonomics, and sandbox/account refinements.
