[Feature]: Suggestion -Add remove ,duplicate and move command in guide if hive overrun in directory

Hi team,

The project vision is very interesting and powerful.

It might help new contributors and users if guide included remove ,duplicate and move command for hive .

When quit terminal after one time of git cloning second time git cannot save clone in same directory and through the error.
Because git method does not support duplication in same directory
Folder remove ,duplicate or move command should be added
Happy to help with documentation if needed.
