[Bug]: Recipes README references incorrect directory names

Describe the Bug

The recipes README (examples/recipes/README.md) references directory names
that don't match the actual directories in the repository, resulting in broken links.

README references	Actual directory
crm_hygiene/	crm_update/
basic_troubleshooting/	support_troubleshooting/

Additionally, ad_campaign_monitoring/ exists as a recipe directory but is
not listed in the README at all.

To Reproduce

1. Open examples/recipes/README.md
2. Click the crm_hygiene link — leads to a 404
3. Click the basic_troubleshooting link — leads to a 404
4. Note that ad_campaign_monitoring/ directory exists but has no entry in the table

Expected Behavior

All recipe links in the README should point to existing directories, and all
existing recipe directories should be listed in the README.

The fix is straightforward:

• Rename crm_hygiene → crm_update in the README
• Rename basic_troubleshooting → support_troubleshooting in the README
• Add ad_campaign_monitoring to the Sales & Marketing table
