Simple Card Game Kata

Be the first to 200 points
7 cards are delt to each player. The rest of the cards make up the draw pile.
The first player plays any card from his hand face up on the play pile. Play continues with each player playing a card that matches either the suit or the number of the last card placed in the play pile.
If a player cannot play that player draws from the draw pile until a play can be made or the draw pile is empty. If the draw pile is empyt the player's turn is skipped.
The hand ends when the first player goes out. That player receives points in every other hand.
