Use standardized Key Words in the Document

What?

Common key words like "MUST", "MUST NOT" etc. are not used in the Part 2 document.

How?

Rewirte the document by using the key words "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL NOT", "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED", "NOT RECOMMENDED", "MAY", and "OPTIONAL" as described in BCP 14 RFC2119 RFC8174.

This issue relates to the finding Bo-#1.

The proposed change will lead to extremely many marked changes in the document. It is proposed to postpone this after the API release.

In part 1 there was a finding to also explain MUST; SHALL etc.: just copy it into part 2 of the document series as well.
