Description:
This PR adds the optimal O(n) time complexity solution for the Trapping Rain Water problem.
Technical Details:
Algorithm: Auxiliary Array / Pre-computation Method.
Time Complexity: O(n) (Three linear passes: Left Max, Right Max, and Final Calculation).
Space Complexity: O(n) (For storing the leftMaxBound and rightMaxBound arrays).
The solution is clean, robust, and correctly uses Math.min and Math.max to determine the water level at each index.
