Summary

replace outdated README with a shorter, current OpenRouter-based setup guide
document backend env vars actually used today
add to run backend + frontend together with clean shutdown on Ctrl+C

Validation

cd frontend && npm run lint
cd frontend && npm run build
cd frontend && npm test

Risk

low risk (docs + dev script only)
no runtime app logic changed
