Need detailed release data from the API endpoint

At least one customer has gotten caught by an unannounced functional change in the API that happened with a maintenance release (the position of various elements in the raw JSON of the response changed). Since maintenance releases do not version the API endpoint (in fact, even backward-compatible functional changes don't version the API endpoint), the customer has asked for the API to make available (and for the Python client to access) the detailed release information of the API service currently running at the endpoint.

Probably a call to get this info would also be useful as a quick check for endpoint status (up or down, time up, etc.) so it would be useful to return that as well.

There is a status endpoint at https://usermanagement.adobe.io/status that returns API data such as this:

Apparently the build and version IDs refer to a collection of services that includes the UMAPI so it might change more often than if it were just for the UMAPI service, but it's probably the best available at this point.
