umapi column is confusing in adobe-only-user-list file

When the adobe-only-user-list file is generated for a run that only has adobe-only users in one umapi connection (organization), there is no need for the umapi column in the file.  And for most users, who never use more than one umapi connection, its presence is very confusing.  It would be good to omit it in such cases.
