Calendar disabled state: Month/Year Selects remain interactive while chevrons are disabled

I noticed an inconsistency in the Calendar disabled state.

Observed behavior
When the Calendar is disabled:

• Month Select remains interactive.
• Year Select remains interactive.
• Previous/Next chevron buttons are disabled.

Expected behavior
Since all of these controls are used for calendar navigation, I would expect them to behave consistently when the Calendar is disabled.

Either:

• All navigation controls should be disabled, or
• All navigation controls should remain interactive.

Question
Is this behavior intentional, or should the Month/Year Select controls also be disabled when the Calendar is disabled?

Tested on react-aria-components 1.18.0.
