Evaluate possibility of automatically generating export lists #2463

Conversation from the original *.dev.js implementation:
So if the export already exists, this script exits. Is it possible a script could exist and need updating? Is the guidance to delete the script if that's the case? @castastrophe
I mainly wrote this to help me create them the first time. It's not really to maintain them dynamically. It would be rad if you had thoughts on how to do that, but with there not being a 100% homogenous approach to exports, I wasn't seeing a path. @Westbrook
