MWPW-188827: [Doodlebug] Update Editorial card styles on mobile and tablet

• Updated Doodlebug editorial-card typography on smaller viewports by setting .editorial-card h3 to 20px for max-width: 1199px (mobile + tablet).
• Corrected an off-by-one breakpoint in aside styles from max-width: 1200px to max-width: 1199px for cleaner breakpoint boundaries.
• Cleaned up accordion button styles by removing duplicated rules and consolidating base typography declarations in a single block.
