#5784) * fix: guard undefined els/modifiers in handleCommands Regression from #5164 — the refactor added an || [] fallback for the els iteration loop but missed the els.length / cmd.modifiers.includes completion check below it. When getSelectedElements returns {} for an empty or invalid selector, the loop is safely skipped but the completion check throws TypeError, cascading through every fragment load on the page and breaking gnav and other components. Add optional chaining and unit test. * Fix test
