Update parsing to reflect myADS user queries

1. newlines are treated as space (1727 instances)
2. commas are simply used to separate keywords (274 instances)
3. a+b should be treated as "a +b" (165 instances)
4. 'a phrase' should be treated as "a phrase"
5. (a OR -b) is rewritten as (a -b)
6. a leading minus is ignored at the moment, so add a wildcard
