Early build of the one-click Flightpatch feeder installer (Windows). Bundles the silent WinUSB driver, ADS-B (dump1090) + VDL2 (dumpvdl2) decoders, and the feed agent as a background service. Unsigned pending SignPath Foundation code-signing (you may see a one-time SmartScreen prompt). Built by public CI from source.
