CalendarBot is an ISC-licensed Discord Bot designed to be a community driven Calendar application.
CalendarBot is also an open source project, which we started as a way to practice Node.js applications development, so feel free to help us improve by contributing to the project!
CalendarBot was initially planned to be an easy solution to track homeworks and tests for my promotion. But as we went along, we continued to add more and more features, finally making it a real Calendar Application for Discord.
Of course, it wasn't made to replace your Smartphone Calendar app, but to be an easy way for Discord communities to schedule things, and having people access that schedule.
You can benefit from all CalendarBot's features by simply adding it to your Discord Guild with this invitation link.
(Please note that the bot requires the selected permissions in order to be fully-functionnal.)
Those are all librairies which we are using to build CalendarBot
| Library | Version | Description |
|---|---|---|
| discord.js | A powerful JavaScript library for interacting with the Discord API | |
| klasa | A class remix of the Komada Bot Framework | |
| moment | Parse, validate, manipulate, and display dates in javascript. |
If you're experiencing problems with the CalendarBot, feel free to submit an issue. You can also get support on our official Discord here. Please make sure to read the Issue Reporting Checklist before opening an issue. Issues not conforming to the guidelines may be closed immediately.
Detailed changes for each release are documented in the release notes.
Because the Contributing Guide currently doesn't exist, feel free to submit a pull request and we'll review it!
This project is under ISC license.
