CodeQL differentiates javascript and javascript-typescript in tools page due to this action

Why don't you change build_languages_list in a way that translates typescript and javascript to javascript-typescript?

Default CodeQL behavior states that it does not differentiate between them:

Also, this issue is from my perspective, but based on this behavior and the code, it will happen to other languages as well:
C and C++ as cpp instead of c-cpp
Java and Kotlin as java instead of java-kotlin
