Request Audiobook section, something like Jellyseerr but built into ABS

I have a server shared with several friends and one of the most annoying parts is communicating what new things need to be added for other people.

Features:

1. display requested title/author/series,
2. ability to pull title/author/series details from Goodreads or Audible
3. who requested
4. Specify which users or role get notified of new requests via email or discord or telegram
5. ability to approve/reject requests
6. auto detect when an audiobook with matching details is added?
7. ability to manually mark requests as complete if auto detect fails
8. Option to auto request new releases of selected series or author
9. eventually connect with the arrs? (like Prowlarr, maybe Readarr? Readarr was pretty rough to use last time I tried it)
10. ability to limit some users requests ( X per month or something )
11. connect to goodreads or audible to auto create a request when a book is added to a users "Want to Read" or "Wishlist"

I tried to order them by importance (to me) so just adding the first few would help us out greatly, and get progressively more convenient as you go down the list.

This has been brought up several times, but this is outside the scope of ABS. External tools can integrate with the Audiobookshelf server using the built-in API.
