Linux PHP build broken

When downloading php-8.4.20-linux-x86_64.tar.gz it is revealed that it is a 404 page from https://github.com/crazywhalecc/static-php-cli

Ah there is #3 already which fixes this issue.

I've fixed the broken releases too, let me know if I missed any.
