mmkinetics is a Python project developed with the major goal of providing a web-based application to assist the analysis of enzyme kinetics data, focusing on parameter estimation, visualization and model diagnostics.
- Web application: no need to install anything on your personal device
- Parameter estimation: point estimation, standard errors and coffidence intervals (even for non-parametric methods)
- Visualization of data/fitting models with optional export of reports and graphs
- Persistance of the analysis for 10 days
mmkinetics is at an incipient alpha stage. Much progress is expected in the next few months.
