Minor version bump

The minor version bump to v0.10 has mostly to do with the majority of dependencies undergoing major version bumps, including essentially every unified.js ecosystem tool. A few unified.js API changes resulted in changes to internal structures, and so as a precaution I believe it makes sense to do a minor bump.

Bug fix

Fixed a bug where the majority of programming languages were not being syntax highlighted. This either occurred in the upgrade to v0.10 or was pre-existing.
