First public OSS release. The v0.1.0 version was previously published to PyPI from a private-repo iteration; PyPI does not allow re-uploading any version, so the first public-OSS tag is v0.2.0. The Python API is unchanged versus v0.1.0.
Install: pip install aems-pdf-annotator
License: AGPL-3.0-or-later. This package wraps PyMuPDF (AGPL-3.0); any program that imports aems_pdf_annotator in-process inherits the AGPL combined-work obligations.
