Build AMD64/ARM64 images. Temporarily use Dockerfile contents from Postgis project, as their is no ETA when the multi-platform support will be merged and I cannot wait anymore. :) Idea is to use their version when it's out. Also update 15 to use PostGIS 3.5, as they've updated it internally as well and we want to keep in sync. (cherry picked from commit 322e033) # Conflicts: # VERSION # build_images.sh
