Most notable changes are dom4j (different groupId, going from 12 years old to 2 years old) and geotools (matching versions for geotools again, gt-geometry has been removed at some point it looks like. Also had to update some packages) Not sure why the service was compiled for java 11, but it's now going to 21.
No longer depends on apache httpclient (so also doesn't depend on commons-logging, which spring boot doesn't like to have on the classpath), and can use jackson as json parser (shouldn't matter too much, but since we use jackon everywhere else...)
Avoids a complaint about no validator implementation being present when starting the search service.
Both client and shared modules should target 17
