Nit: You don't need to do this at this stage. The idea is for us to push to dev. The promotion can happen in jfrog. That is someone from dev can move it to test. When test in the future signs of on something they will move it to stage.

You are right. Just for the smaller projects without QE manual promoting to TEST and STAGE is typically done by the same dev after running integration tests - at least so far, and it might be easier to just run an action instead of logging in to JFrog and navigating there. The action can be removed later.
