Phase A of the public-content refresh plan (approved 2026-07-04).

Two accuracy fixes in the README's consumer references: the ds-mcp paragraph and the roadmap row both said ds-mcp supports v0.1 and v0.2 only. Current ds-mcp releases support v0.1 through v0.4, with the generation tools (get-generation-context, validate-ui) requiring the governance blocks introduced in v0.3.
