A standalone qingstor-cli imp. based on qingstor-sdk-python

User guide

Prerequirement

$ pip install qingstor-sdk

You may need sudo privilege if you want to install it to your system.

Launch

$ python3 qs_cli.py

Make sure python3 can be found in $PATH and qingstor-sdk installed.
