Highlights

Env-configurable worker and PostgreSQL sizing with conservative defaults restored for local and CI stability.
Durable-session orchestration v1.0.46 with the live sub-agent cap raised to 50.
Shared portal/TUI layout fixes for the session/chat divider cap and fit-width table rendering.
AKS deploy/docs updates so runtime sizing can be tuned through deployment env vars instead of hard-coded SDK defaults.

Verified

Workspace build completed successfully.
Local integration suite was already verified by the maintainer before release; I did not rerun the full suite in this release step by request.
npm pack --dry-run passed for pilotswarm-sdk, pilotswarm-cli, and pilotswarm-web.
Package-local README.md files are present in all three tarballs.
