Bumps duroxide to 0.1.25, adding PostgresProvider.connectWithEntra and connectWithSchemaAndEntra for passwordless Azure AD / Entra ID authentication. Backed by duroxide-core 0.1.29, duroxide-pg 0.1.32, duroxide-pg-opt 0.1.28.\n\nValidation: build, lint, npm pack dry runs, deploy-script tests (125/125), MCP tests (3/3), and full local suite run. Known release exception: full parallel local suite had one contracts test failure ('add tool was not called'); release approved by maintainer.\n\nThis GitHub Release intentionally triggers both npm package publishing and starter Docker image publishing.
