VR button position bug when <a-scene> is nested in <div>

Description:

There seems to be a bug where the A-Frame canvas takes full window control regardless of the parent container size, but the VR button position is relative to the parent container size. The result is that sometimes the VR button is not visible.

What device / browser? I cannot reproduce on Chrome / Firefox desktop

Sorry @dmarcos please see the glitch demo again. Without the extra CSS, notice how the VR button shows in the upper-left.

This is happening for me on both Cordova and Chrome 80 / OS X. I think it's a universal CSS issue, not a browser issue.
