Hello, letting you know that we had to refactor plugin settings.

The settings values are now exposed on config, and other wrapper/modal variables are exposed on context.

Instead of:
x-model="$store.pluginSettings.settings.some_value"

Use:
x-model="config.some_value"

Instead of:
x-text="$store.pluginSettings.projectName"

Use:
x-text="context.projectName"

If your plugin config still uses $store.pluginSettings..., please update it to stay compatible.

Plugin name is now required

From now on, every plugin must define a name field in its root plugin.yaml.

If you already created plugins before this change, please add the name field to your existing plugin.yaml files to keep them compatible.

Why this matters

The name is used by the system to identify the plugin.

• Unique – our plugin index ensures uniqueness
• Stable – once published, the name should not change
• Consistent with the plugin folder name when publishing to the plugin index

Example

name: my_plugin

If your plugin defines:

name: my_plugin

then the plugin must be published under the folder:

my_plugin

Important

If the name in plugin.yaml does not exactly match the plugin folder name in the index, the plugin cannot be published.

If you already have plugins, please update their plugin.yaml to include a proper name before publishing.

Just tried the plugin, with the Version T v1.5 2026-03-25 14:19:11, but the setting are not getting persisted. Has anyone made this work?

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I have tested it in the Dev instance but the Testing container is having some issues that I am looking into. I hope to have an update out tomorrow, in the meantime, the Inner Save button in the plugin config should persist when you click it and it should say Saved after you click it, the outer Save button will not persist, you have to close down the config window after clicking the Inner Save button for it to persist. Once I have made an update to the plugin I will update this message too.

Update for Discord is completed and committed to github after verifying in the testing image. All configs should now fully persist, let me know if you run into any issues. I've confirmed chat bridge with both restricted and elevated access work as well as noted that you need to register a channel on the chat bridge before the bot will respond to a message from discord.

looks like the latest version 1.3 killed it again. ;-(

Thanks for letting me know. I have added some additional steps for ensuring the plugin will self heal if connections cannot be made. I've committed these changes to git and tested against the 1.3v, you may have to reinstall the plugin on the 1.3v to get it working. Let me know if you are still having issues.
